Draft OSH Rules for Oil Mines – Key Update

The Ministry of Labour & Employment has issued draft Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSH) Rules for Oil Mines under the Labour Code, 2020. These rules aim to strengthen worker safety, health standards, and operational compliance across all oil and gas mining activities in India. Employers and stakeholders can submit objections or suggestions within the prescribed time period before final notification
