1958<\/strong>, establishments employing 20 or more employees are required to provide <strong>13 paid holidays annually<\/strong>, comprising 4 National Holidays and 9 Festival Holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employers must prepare the list of selected festival holidays for the year 2027 and submit it to the local Labour Department Inspector for approval <strong>on or before 30th November 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compliance Reminder:<\/strong> Employers should prepare and submit the holiday list
