The Code on Wages (Bihar) Rules, 2026 has been notified by the Government of Bihar and came into effect from 1 July 2026. These rules replace the earlier wage-related rules and provide a uniform framework for minimum wages, payment of wages, working hours, overtime, deductions, and employee welfare.
