The Labour Commissioner Office Gujarat has released the updated Dearness Allowance (DA) rates applicable from 01 April 2026 to 30 September 2026.

As per the notification (see page 1), the DA is revised based on cost of living and is applicable to scheduled employments. The updated daily DA rates ensure workers receive fair compensation aligned with inflation.

Employers must apply these revised DA rates along with minimum wages to stay compliant with labour laws.
