The Government of West Bengal has extended the last date for filing the Professional Tax return (Form-III) for the year ending 31st March 2026.

Earlier, the deadline was 30th April 2026, but now it has been extended to 31st May 2026 for online submission, and 15th June 2026 for uploading the signed return.

If the tax has already been paid by 30th April 2026, no late fee will be charged for returns filed within the extended dates.

This extension provides relief to taxpayers and ensures smooth compliance.
